At JADE Engineering, we have accomplished a number of successful programs led by a group of experienced Program Managers. They serve as the point of contact for all matters related to the program, coordinating all of the customer’s tasks with aspects of the program.
Our dedicated team of Program Managers oversee the program executions and supplier integrations to meet tight schedule requirements, and to exceed customer expectations. They take charge of the overall technical integration between suppliers, airlines, engineering support and the certification team. Our Program Managers commit themselves to guide the project to a successful conclusion on time and within budget, all while meeting the customer expectations.
The Program Managers will be prepared to discuss the project plan at Initial Technical Coordination Meeting (ITCM) which include, but is not limited by, key milestones, timelines, resource requirements, the roles and responsibilities of each party and potential program risks.
